Key Attributes of a Leader:
A focus on Empathy, Servitude, Intellectual Curiosity, Ability to Flex, Active Leadership, Customer Focus, Goal Orientation, Respect for Others, Mentorship, and Fun.

Empathy
   Enables a leader to demonstrate care for the mission, the people
   Enables the leader an ability to flex into new roles
Leadership Through Servitude
    A leader best uses an inverse-pyramid model to serve those across the team
Intellectual Curiosity
    A leader has passion about new things
    A leader is continuously learning
Ability to Flex into New Roles
    A leader must embrace the need to flex into new roles in order to develop
    Sometimes the leader leads,
    Sometimes participates on a cross-functional team
    Sometimes the leader exists in a follower role
    Ability to Flex affords leader an opportunity to remain respectful and inclusive
A Leader Knows When to Lead
    When  operating in a leadership position, a leader LEADS
    Teams don't need helpers, they need Doers, and Leaders.
    A leader displays ownership when leading the team
Customer Focus
    Everyone on every team serves the customer
    A leader of any team listens, acts, and translates - to serve the customer
Goal Orientation
    A leader has both long and short-term goals
    Most often, the leader's time is best focused on the short-term goals
    Short-term goals must align with the Organization's Strategy
Respect for Others
    Leaders are remembered for How they lead, more than for What they do
Mentorship
    Seek to help others, and seek to learn from every leader visible to you
Have Fun
    Life is short, Leaders help those around them enjoy their profession
